I can't screw it all the way in because part of the hook isn't strong enough and will snap off, exposing a few millimeters of the broken screw. These hooks are fully consistent with the photos and descriptions and are very functional. They're easy to install and seem strong enough to hold a lot of weight. Unfortunately the screw part was too long for my purposes - I attached them to the side of my kitchen cupboard to hang filters on and the pointed end went all the way into my cupboard on the other side! I recently bought some expensive ceramic coated cast iron pans and decided to hang them on my cupboards to avoid chipping and scratching the ceramic surface.
