I bought this when the filter portion of my French Press fell apart. It's much easier to use and there are no beans in my coffee. My grinder isn't very good and I'm probably too fine, but my coffee is still fully filtered. Right now I'm only using French Press Carafe because I already have them, but any container will work for brewing. I then use it to pour coffee straight into my Yeti.

Works great, I use it every day. I'm a big fan of the French Press, but I don't like all kinds of sweeps. I started using it for pour overs and can't tell it apart from a french press. It filters the coffee perfectly and precisely at the right speed. I have another that drips too slowly and the coffee is too strong, this one works right for the money, takes about 3-4 minutes to steep. Very easy to clean and I definitely use it every day. Very well done.
