But it works. it loads/filters faster than other similar ones I've used. That's not necessarily a bad thing; This allows for finer grinding or pre-soaking. I actually like speed because it helps me better predict when I need to make a cup. But I don't recommend it because its top ring is only attached in one place. Other reviews mention this and have pictures illustrating the problem. Due to this attachment method, the handle will inevitably pop out. I sent the first one back. When I got the second one, and it wasn't any better, I just smeared some epoxy under the ring's handle, now it sticks in 2 places. I do not recommend.
