Fixed my old kitchen cabinet

I live in an old house and thought I would have a hard time finding this part but luckily it was on Revain. It turns out the box said it was made in 1958. This part was a perfect fit and came with extras if they were ever needed which I doubt as the plastic is nice and thick.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Update Availability

Exactly what I was looking for

It was exactly the size I needed which was a relief as I was struggling to find the right size. I thought there was only 1 in the kit but I was pleasantly surprised that there were 6 pieces in the kit which is exactly what I needed. I am happy. I first glued it to the back of the drawer to place it correctly and then stapled it. Would buy again for future furniture flip projects.

Pros
  • Hardware
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Great find for old furniture

I was looking for them to fix old (1960's?) furniture that had some broken ones. There are so many devices out there with large slide rail holes, but these were the only ones I could find that looked right. Fast forward to replace them. They work great! And relatively cheap. They seem to be more durable than the originals so I hope the drawers will last for many years to come.

Pros
  • Tools and housewares
Cons
  • Scarce manual

Ideal part for repairing an old crate assembly.

Apparently 3/4 inch slides are not common. I was able to find a direct replacement for a broken drawer slide here, 3 screws and it's done. I noticed that there were 2 broken rails on the bottom of the cabinet (someone else replaced them beforehand) and noticed that the original installation used tapered wood screws which probably contributed to cracking and ruining the screw holes. I used flat sheet metal uses cap screws (with flat faces) to attach the plastic part to the wooden box - this…

Pros
  • Drawer slides
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
