Many parts of the kettle started to rust

Many parts of the kettle started to rust and lost color after 1-2 weeks of daily use. Chipped paint when cleaning rust. Very dissatisfied with this purchase.

Pros
  • Coffee, tea and espresso
Cons
  • Has been damaged

high quality: kitchen and dining room

beautiful and high quality kettle. I used to have enamel pots and they are much thicker and heavier. Looks good, handle doesn't get hot. I have had many different kettles and this is by far the best I have ever had.

Pros
  • coffee machines
Cons
  • some difficulties

Nice pot and cool design, but.

Lid started to rust after a few months of daily use. We could also hear her singing when the water was boiling but now she pours and pours over our gas stove which is very dirty. In other words, it's eye candy but not really practical! Get another simple, less beautiful teapot!

Pros
  • Kitchen and dining room
Cons
  • This pisses me off

Very difficult and awkward to pour

This kettle is lovely to look at and to place on the stove. In use, it is very heavy and clunky to operate compared to the stainless steel version. If you're going to buy a coffee maker, I would buy one made of stainless steel. I have a regular stainless steel Hario and it's great! I figured I'd try to find something that would look good on the stovetop.

Pros
  • Coffee Makers
Cons
  • Requires an outlet
