Purchased to replace a faulty connector on a 2007 Dodge Caliber ST. The wiring harness was difficult to install on the lamp due to the tight fit, even more difficult to remove. The clip's release tab was almost impossible to depress. They adjusted the lamps but decided not to use them.

Seems like a lot, but the latches are so flimsy that one broke when I barely lifted it to release the bulb - that was after I connected everything. Next time I would choose a slightly better product with higher quality plastic.

This is excellent value for money. My only concern is that you might find it difficult to undo the tabs if you need them for hard-to-reach bulbs since they are separate. Therefore, you should open two tabs instead of one. If you can reach them easily, that's great.

I gave it 4 stars for the easy installation because it's easy for a mechanic like me but for those who don't know much about wiring it might be slower. It's easy to install and works well on the 2006 s60 we installed it in and the lights work as they should because it's a good product and price.

Everything seemed fine initially. They work, but it's hit or miss. Once installed, they worked flawlessly for a week or two. Now they either have a short circuit or are disconnected. I still have to press the connector very hard or wiggle the connector for them to work. I am looking for a higher quality replacement plug.

Headlight bulbs on my Volvo often "failed". The stores just installed a new lightbulb and I left. During this last glitch, I looked closely and found that the factory outlet had a loose clamp that I couldn't fix. I found a replacement bushing, cut out the factory one and soldered it in. Everything was perfect!

They matched the original headlights perfectly. One stopped working after the first night of driving. I had to bend the headlight's pins to make contact with the pins on the new connector. My guess is that the pins in the connector aren't bent enough to keep tension on the lamp pins. A bit fiddly but solved in 10 minutes by removing the headlight assembly, removing that bulb and gently bending the pins outwards, then putting it all back together.

I don't think they will hold up for any application at all. After taking the time to wire it up properly and shrink the connectors, I carefully installed the bulb and the plastic tabs broke on first use. I have now taped my bulbs and am frustrated that I had to reassemble the bumper and order some other connectors. I won't even waste time trying to get a refund or get them back. I will buy another brand and move on. Just look elsewhere.
