Hasegawa Ladders SJ2 0 2BK Stepladder Black Review

Sleek design but larger (22 inch second step) and heavier than expected. I'd like to see a version with a 14"-15" tall 10" tread (closer to standard stair treads than almost stair treads).

I have a narrow space between the fridge and the wall. I have a large storage space above my fridge that I can't reach. This little ladder fitted perfectly, so now I just pull it out, open it up and access this vault. It feels solid and I feel secure when climbing.

I thought it was a bit ridiculous to spend that kind of money on a ladder, but I wanted a ladder that wouldn't be an eyesore if I left it around the house and that would be easy to get around to move. I am very happy with this ladder - the design is very elegant and beautiful and it is very easy to use. Feels very high quality and strong.

I bought this ladder to start from the top of the rung and do slow backward pull ups. It works for that, but I've also used it for many other tasks around the house. I'm not tall and this size is enough to reach the tallest parts of my house. It is easy to move as it folds almost flat and is relatively light and strong.

I love this ladder. Very thin, fits in tight spaces and stands by itself when closed, feels very sturdy, folds out very easily, and most importantly, the design is very elegant and beautiful. I keep it in my closet and if I need to sit down for any reason, like putting on or taking off my shoes, the top step is wide enough to provide a comfortable seat. So it's a stool and a seat.

I can't believe I spent so much on a small step stool but I wanted a 2 step stool that would fit under the counter by the fridge, eh my options were pretty limited. It's nice, light and strong, and it fits in the tight space between the counter and the fridge. It's really easy to open and close - no fiddly levers or buttons to unlock or anything like that. Very easy and well done.
