This is the best TV tuner available because Hauppauge often updates the software that can be downloaded from the website. The supplied antenna does not work. The best portable antenna in my opinion is the TERK Amplified. Nice and stable picture in my laptop with HD screen. I used it in my Intel Atom processor netbook, it works great.
