The shoes fit my son well and he loves them but after only 3 weeks one of the laces broke. Because the laces are permanently attached, the moment they snap, the shoe is finished. So waste of money.

I bought two pairs of these shoes for my very active almost 9 year old son. He wore the first pair for almost a year before I bought the second. He still wears his old pair to play outside and get dirty. I bought them a little larger because I wanted to get the best out of them. It's very picky about how the shoe feels on the foot and I've had no issues with either pair. They are light but well built. I will be sad when I can't buy them for him again because they were such a great purchase.
