The first time I wore it, the tab securing the elastic fell out. Poorly glued because not torn. My daughter wore them and they broke, they didn't walk. They're a bit loose on the inside as there's not a lot of insulation, but Cher socks would fit just fine. I would appreciate if someone from customer service could get in touch with me.

I bought them for my daughter and they fit perfectly. According to the label it is a size 4, which corresponds to an EU size 36. The shoe has very good ankle padding for a comfortable fit. The shoes are laced up, but the ends of the laces are sewn into the sides of the shoes. These shoes are tightened with Velcro that runs along the upper.
