The best straw! for disposable tableware

Love this product, doesn't get wet, very durable, even in hot tea and coffee, blends well. I am medically gluten free and had no reaction to the straw product.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Good but not great

They work well, but the thin diameter can be an issue for some people.

Straws are quite thin, with an average internal diameter of 3.5 to 4 mm. Compare that to the nearly 7mm inner diameter of a McDonald's straw. While they seem to work well despite their smaller size, a noticeable increase in suction power is required for them to perform adequately. They are made in China, I don't understand why I was surprised.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Transparency

Good eco option

They work better than paper but are too flimsy if you use them for anything with cellulose. Make sure you notice they're only 7-3/4 inches tall, too. Two thumbs up! The only thing I would like to add is that I would like to know their source. Are you from the US? Canada This should be stated on the packaging as it is an oral liquid.

  • Beautiful

  • Embarrassing

makes the best coffee stirrer

We found these "hay straws" (made of wheat stalks) just right. I don't like killing trees to make straws and I don't like throwing more plastic into the environment; but we found them all too thin to drink comfortably from. However, I ran out of coffee stirrers around the same time and they did their job perfectly. I'm done with wooden and plastic coffee stirrers now and will be buying more of these (possibly shorter lengths) for this purpose.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Nice, but the hole is about half the size of a regular straw.

Ok. I liked them but if you think they have a standard straw width you will be surprised. They are indeed very small. My mom said I might have to drink two at a time or it would take forever. They are hard and feel like plastic and feel very durable. I just don't understand why they have such a small hole. I bought these to use when family isn't around so we have biodegradable straws when we go out.

Pros
  • Everyone likes it so far
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Love her! Suitable for disposable tableware

Good for the environment without the soaking and smell of paper straws! Being made from nature, straws vary in diameter from straw to straw, so some are as thin as coffee stirrers and some are maybe 2/3 the thickness of a standard plastic straw. Some of our guests like to eat two at a time, but I don't usually mind eating one. There's no bad taste and they hold up pretty well. If I use a straw overnight it might get a little wet and less stiff, but it doesn't fall apart or become uncomfortable…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick start guide

FANTASTIC! for straws

Who cares about straws, right? People who tried drinking soda through a paper straw, that's you. I bought these for our trip knowing our resort has paper straws and how quickly they disintegrate. This is of course uncomfortable for me and doesn't work at all with my baby. You were wonderful! One broke and I had to use another, but that's to be expected - still better than paper. They have different diameters because they are natural straws. There are many of them, and they are long enough for a
