The fan turns on when you first turn the car on when it's cold, but turns off when you hit 3000rpm and shifts turns on again when it reaches the right temperature.

So far so good. You can hear the fan kicking on as soon as the engine starts, then stalling as it should. Saves a ton compared to factory.
