Cat feeder best in my review

Omgosh, I love this cat feeder so much it makes feeding multiple cats a lot easier! We were out of town and we’re able to look at the camera and call our cats to eat. They actually came when we called and we were so happy! Would recommend.

great purchase. on my review.

under 100 bucks and quality is great. i use it for my outdoor cat to keep tabs on him. you can set a motion sensor and event talk to your pet. i looked at allot of reviews and price points i’m glad i decided to go this route.

Good way to check in on your pet while you're away

Purchased for a week long trip to make feeding easier on the pet sitters. The camera is higher up, so don't expect to see what is left in the bowl. App is easy to use for the most part. Notifications alert you when scheduled feeding is dispensed, you can check if your pet is eating. Camera is good quality.

Inaccurate portions

My cats are getting 3x the amount I programmed in, so that's frustrating for sure. I don't know how to fix it, and can't change it because it's already programmed at 1 serving. If that wasn't an issue this would be perfect.

Will not connect to Alexa, backup battery is only for manual feed-no use

After receiving the pet feeder, I read all the directions that are in poorly translated English. The feeder is for small pets, under 20 kg (44 lb) not described in the revain description. The amount of food dispensed is suitable for a small pet, not a German Shepard Dog.I was able to connect to the HBN app to control the unit with my phone. The camera works well for both picture and sound.I cannot connect to Alexa. I added the HBN skill to Alexa then I needed to add another skill. Neither could

Like automatic feeders

It's a great auto-feed, since it's a great help when I want to sleep late in the morning. It's easy to set up and control, easy to clean up, and the 6L capacity doesn't require constant addition of cat food. Don't worry about so many getting wet. It also has a good seal. The edges of the included plates should not be too high. Kittens can also use it. So far, so good

Works better than my previous feeder.

I had a Skymee feeder and it worked good for a year but it was bigger than necessary and the food dispenser spinner was made of a softer rubber and wouldn’t scoop food due to the weight of all the food in the container, but this feeder is more appropriate for a cat and appears to be a better built feeder and this warranty is better.

this was a complete waste of time that i wish i could get back. the instructions are super unclear (the type is extremely small as well and don't seem to match the specific product). I tried relentlessly to sync the feeder and app. never happened. I called the customer service hotline. the service rep was new and wasn't familiar with the product. i was told someone would call me back that could help. never happened. Wifi works well best in my review

This is a cat feeder that connects to the home wifi, and is controlled with a phone app. I already had the SmartLife app installed on my phone and the feeder connected to it and everything works well.It's very easy to set a schedule on the app for multiple feed times during the day and how much food to dispense. You can also do a manual feed with the app from anywhere that you have a wifi connection. overall the app works well.I would definitely recommend a wifi feeder over a non-wifi feeder…

If you’re setting it up- read this!

I spent a good hour and a half trying to figure out how to connect it to my wifi because of the terrible manual it comes with. When you are adding the device, you want to go to "small home appliances” and then "pet feeder WITH CAMERA”. The manual tells you to choose just the pet feeder, which will lead you down a frustrating road of failing to connect. Can't connect to Wifi - EDITED

I can't find the MAC address for this device. There's no way to connect it to my complex's wifi without this address. I checked the bottom of the feeder, but the only thing I found was a sticker which only gives basic model info (Power input, output, battery model, food capacity, etc.) Help?----------------Customer service was great on this and gave me a full refund for the purchase, and said they'd look into why the device has issues with public networks.

Love this feeder! on my review.

I left my cat for the first time in 4 years. She normally travels everywhere with me but I was going out of town for 24hrs and didn’t feel like stressing her out for such a short time. This feeder was great because it tracked all her feedings. The portion size is great and I like the battery power feature.
