We have used HdL Prime for 3 years now.

It has made a huge difference to our organisation. We use it for payroll and other systems within our business. The service levels have been excellent throughout the whole period. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a cost effective system. In general there were no problems when using the software. Some issues did arise due to bugs in the code. These could sometimes take some time to sort out if you weren't aware they existed (as was often the case). However all queries where…

  • This software does what it says on the tin - works!
  • Very easy to use.
Cons
  • A bug in one part of the software caused all data fields to be wiped clean every time a new sheet was opened.
