Unreliable Surveillance Tech Disappoints

According to my experience, this electronics product is not worth the hype. The intelligent analytics detection feature failed to perform even in moderate lighting conditions, leaving my security system vulnerable. The only positive aspect was the easy installation process. As for the cons, the product did not live up to its promises, resulting in a frustrating waste of time and money.

You will love it.

This is not a regular nvr. This NVR is built to last. Fast delivery and excellent customer service. I've been installing camera systems for 20 years and this one is the best. Make sure you buy HDView cameras with face recognition to get full functionality.

Well built and feature rich.

This is a fantastic product, especially for the price. Plug and play with HDView cameras and all 16 ports are POE. easy setup and more options than I can use. I added a 4TB hard drive and can add 3 more if needed. The app is great and allows you to use multiple locations. I have been using HDView for many years. I gave tech support 5 stars because I rarely need to contact them.
