Great software with many uses: Head Office RMS

The ability to manage orders easily from our warehouse and shipping departments. It is very easy to use and can be customized to fit your needs.The fact that it's cloud based and accessible through mobile devices makes it even more convenient. I dislike the customer service department not being as helpful as I would like them to be. They are also not proactive enough for my liking. It is a great tool to have for a business. Easy for us to use and help improve our inventory levels

It's very easy to use and helps me monitor my inventory levels and manage them more effectively than before! I like how it has helped keep track of our POs/POs as well. There are no downsides for this software system so far as we have used it since 2016 but if you're looking at other options out there then yes consider those too because they do offer better products.
