The ability to manage orders easily from our warehouse and shipping departments. It is very easy to use and can be customized to fit your needs.The fact that it's cloud based and accessible through mobile devices makes it even more convenient. I dislike the customer service department not being as helpful as I would like them to be. They are also not proactive enough for my liking. It is a great tool to have for a business. The benefits are endless. We are able to track shipments from our warehouse to our customers and vice versa. This has made our job easier when it comes to keeping track of inventory.
