    Will not fit advertised Bose A20

    Bought 2 of these cases to replace worn out Bose A20 Aviation Headset stem cases. It says it fits a variety of headsets, but it's too small for them. I removed both when trying to install. Buyer Warning.

    Wears out quickly. Good customer service.

    Fits Airman 850 perfectly. 3 months of use and showing heavy wear. (See photo) Good customer service when I replaced the original purchase from this company due to a crack that appeared in the product during production.

    Very fragile! - Don't waste your money!

    The microphone cover tore during installation, although I was very careful. It's made out of cheap foam and won't stand up to handling! The company claimed guaranteed satisfaction. UPDATE: I received a replacement from the seller.

    Attention before buying

    While it looked like a perfect replacement, my Bose A20 headset's mic was pretty boxy. When I tried to put the cap on I had to pull it over the square mic and the cap fell apart in my hands. If your headset mic is tubular rather than square, this might be a good replacement. Unfortunately, I was the most annoyed and just threw it away instead of taking a picture. I tried contacting the company directly using the two email addresses provided, but it took about 5 weeks or more to get a response…

    Garbage. Do not buy until the seller verifies.

    Rubbish as others have stated in their reviews. (1) The foam size is not suitable for A20. (2) the foam does not have enough resiliency to stretch and cover to compensate for the fact that it is not large enough. And (3) the foam is so thin/poor quality that even with careful application you'll break it. In our flight department, 4 pieces were replaced with 4 A20 headphones. and all 4 broken. Finally.
