I bought headphones for my twins to use when travelling. We didn't use headphones. When we did this the return policy was no longer valid which was very disappointing as the splitter broke on the second day. I contacted the seller and he replaced the splitter with no complaints. I bought these headphones for my two kids 3 and 5 and they are great. My 3 year old has a smaller head so it fell off a few times when looking down but he was able to keep it to watch the entire show and will probably fit most of his age. They have good volume control, although I haven't tested them in noisy environments (on an airplane, airport, etc.).
