This is great software that helps keep everything organized

It's very easy for people who are new in our environment to understand where things go wrong and how it gets fixed. The system has been used by many different types of companies and all have had good success with this product. I cannot say anything bad about Heal. Great tool! There really isn't too much you need to worry about when using heal because there aren't any major issues or flaws. If your looking into an issue solving platform then definitely give us a try.   • Good data tracking ability can be customized at will.
  • Helpful support staff they're always available via email (or phone) within 1 business hour which is great since most problems happen between 8 am & 5 pm EST Monday through Friday.
  • Can help troubleshoot some technical difficulties that may arise from time tiime

Good alternative to pingsom and pingdom

The ability for multiple people in different locations be able see what's going wrong with your system at any time has been very helpful especially when you have large systems or are running tests which takes long periods so this helps keep everyone informed as well! There isn't anything I dislike about Heal however it does not work perfectly across all platforms (which we use Windows) but if there was an option like using Android phone would make things much easier because sometimes heal…

Great product for monitoring application performance

The main features I like best are the ability to monitor applications and the ability to have alerts to let me know when things are not working as expected. I dislike that we have to rely on the vendor to provide a working version of the software. For a long time, we would receive an outdated version of the software and it would be very difficult to use. We are solving problems with the accuracy of the data, and I am able to send alerts based on the accuracy of the data. I am also able to…

  • It is easy for our users in my department (in health care)to understand how this product works.It helps them communicate their issues better than they could before..We can easily report metrics about performance which were never available previously..The user interface has been improved dramatically over previous versions making everything much easier from both end users perspective..I think most importantly however its ease at understanding what happens where/when during case management process makes
