Health System Solutions Review

I like that health system solutions makes it easy to find what you're looking for. It is not user friendly at all. The application was created more than 10 years ago with outdated design. There are too many steps in order to get an answer or make any changes. We need to be able to do our job as quickly as possible without having to spend hours searching online trying to figure out how to solve problems within HSS. Make sure you have someone who knows how to navigate this program. You must know

I like that it is easy to use for our pharmacy department as well as other departments in my organization such as billing/reimbursement services or even HRIS system integration! It would be great if they had more training options (website) so we can have better support from their staff when needed!! I like the ability to see what is needed for reimbursement and who is requesting the products. It is fast to retrieve information and makes it easy to track requests. I dislike that the system is not always correct. For example, the system shows that a product has been requested, but when I send a request, it is not added to the system. I work in quality/patient safety for our hospital system. The software has helped us track outcomes very effectively across all hospitals through several years of implementation with minimal input from the IT department or end users!
