Not a bad unit. But after washing in the dishwasher, all the writing was smudged and fell off with light pressure with my thumb.

As a precaution, I unfortunately threw part of the cup in the trash can. I get clumsy as I get older and I dropped this thing. I was glad it didn't break, so maybe the thin glass was stronger than it looks, but the handle was too thin and it broke. I didn't want to use it that way, nor did I want to drop it and break it, so I had to get rid of it. I have some old pyrex beakers and some are plastic. I wanted another good glass as my pyrex is cracked but it is too delicate to use without breaking
