After using dull knives for so long it's so nice to have quality knives in the kitchen. I will probably buy more of these knives in the near future.

I wasn't willing to spend money on the Zwilling line so I went with this set instead. I don't cook as often as I used to but they work fine for what I wanted.

The paring knife couldn't take the sharpness but the other two knives were very good. Great as a Henckels appetizer and for those on a budget. You need a pencil sharpener and a pencil sharpener.

knives came out of the box sharp but the plastic handle feels cheap and the blade tip is very rough, I managed to cut my thumb several times just by touching the Spine (top) of the knife when cutting. the edges of the spine are very square and sharp, if you are used to pressing the knife with your thumb, do not buy it, I will try to smooth the edges myself next time I sharpen the knife.

This is not a premium brand from Zwilling, but a cheaper Henckels. However, it far exceeds what I paid for. This is simply the best knife in its class.
