I'm lazy and I don't know how to use a kitchen knife, so you can use these scissors to quickly cut herbs, spring onions, lettuce, etc. The pair I received was sharp and smooth. There were no problems cleaning them. I just rinse them out when I'm done.

Only one ad in the description! This is a wonderful tool. I love tossed green salads, but whether you're buying lettuce by the piece or buying a tossed green salad in a bag, you always have to cut. it does the job! Can't say why I didn't have them before. Great idea and tool! Highly recommended.

These herb scissors are fun and give salads and side dishes the finishing touch. I usually use them with fresh basil and spring onions. I bought them for friends and they love them too. The scraper is handy, but if you're used to tearing leaves by hand, you might find it a bit difficult to get used to.

Revain has many similar products. I chose this one because it came with a lid, a comb to remove the herbs from the blades which was not only a reuse of the lid but also a leaf removal tool. So far all elements are working as expected and this cuts (haha) my prep time exponentially. It's now very easy to get fresh herbs into my dishes.

They work very well. Cut the rosemary, thyme, oregano, etc. into small pieces. The basil and mint will chiffonade the first time you cut them, and then the tips get sharp enough that I just hold the scissors upright and chop into a bunch when I want them smaller.
