Perfect Fit for My Truck's Tailgate Insert

After trying this product, I was thrilled to discover that it was a perfect fit for my truck’s tailgate insert. Will not fit without modification

Will not fit 98 Ram as advertised. The passenger side with the slot worked fine. The driver's side was too big. Shouldn't be sent back so I cut off a piece of the cake and pushed it in. It works, but only after a change.

2000 RAM 2500 Cummins

No more trunk noise. At first I thought I got the wrong part. The passenger side is freely accessible. I haven't seen it work. The rear door hinge was coated with a thin truck-colored styrofoam adhesive covering a nickel-sized hole. Rschunimagu. operator error. I had to adjust the pins a bit to compensate for the height of the gate by 1/16th. Calm now. still a Chrysler product, more noise reduction parts need to be installed
