This case is not hard, semi-hard at best. Value for money is questionable as it is not "hard" as described. Let's see how long it lasts. Sending 10€ back is not worth it.

It fits the AD 310 scanner very well but when you close it there is a gap between the scanner and the inner wall of the opposite half of the work. This allows the scanner to stand out from the sculpted space that holds it in place. Solution: Put the packing material with air bubbles inside. In the grille on the other flap of the suitcase, space was deliberately left for storing documents. Happy with case. It looks pretty sturdy and the molding fits the AD310 scanner perfectly.
