There are no instructions for a second product. The overall ease of installation, use, and functionality was not what I expected.

The product is spotless and perfect but is missing a tee that connects to the cold water line. I spent another $7 at my local hardware store to get this part. Update: The seller contacted and fixed this issue. Really 5 stars!

It was easy to install and came with all the parts needed. Temperature control is great and really makes a difference. It sprays a little too wide if you ask me, but for the cost, can't complain. He does his job and does it well. The toilet is much cleaner. Depending on your current toilet seat, you may need to make some adjustments to ensure it sits flat. For the price you can beat that.

I received two different adapters. None of them fit in the pipes. There is no way to attach it. The kit also includes rubber washers, which are not mentioned in the instructions. The pictures in the instructions are so small that you need a magnifying glass to see them. You are useless. I tried contacting the seller and Revain regarding this before posting a bad review but couldn't find an option. That's very disappointing! The controls on this bidet are pretty good. I like the overall design (with hot/cold connections on the bottom of the panel rather than the back of the panel). The manufacturer should consider a lower profile for their next model. Also the hot and cold connections aren't labeled and the manual says left and right and you can't tell which is left or right? The product was good value for money. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that hot and cold water doesn't mix as quickly as I would like. The only reason I buy a hot and cold tap bidet is because I want my water to be warm. The water warms up in a second or two, so the initial flow is a bit colder than we'd like.
