Non-stick coating does not apply to cookware

After a week of use it was working as expected. But this morning my wife announced in a grim voice that she had bad news. "An egg in two stuck to our new pan and I even used oil" I always thought you get what you pay for. I paid a lot for this pan, now at least in this case I question this decree.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • For seniors

The most amazing pan!

I love this skillet! I want the whole set! I also like the weight of this pan, it feels heavy but not too heavy. So far I've only cooked scrambled eggs and homemade pancakes in it, but wow! I have and always use some oil in the pan when I cook an egg or pancakes. The egg doesn't stick at all. I didn't think anything would replace my green skillet, but it does.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Communication with seller

This is the least coated pan I have.

I find this pan useless. It is non-stick and not rustproof. My stainless steel pans work great. My non-stick pans work great. EVERYTHING sticks to this pan. Fried pieces of fish stick and detach from the fillet. The pancakes will stick and the brown part of the pancake will peel off and stick to the pan. glue eggs. In fact, for that kind of money, the thing should be excellent. No, that is not so. Worst kitchen purchase at Revain.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Clarity

not quite non-stick

It is heavy and retains heat well. It still has to be "seasoned", almost like a cast-iron skillet. You have to be careful with metal utensils, ie. Only use plastic or wooden utensils. Caution is also required when storing. I tend to nest my pans, which allows the bottom of one pot to scratch the liner of the one below. However, this applies to almost all pans with a non-stick coating. A bit pricey so keep an eye out for sales if they ever come.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

If Hexclad sold a shirt, I would buy it.

I'm lucky that my wife and I have the same tastes. However, Skillets was a bit of a challenge. Luckily she's handy and I call her Entraje (pronounced On Tra Jay). That's my word for impeccable good taste. Anyway, I didn't want to go down that magical Galactic Stone something path because the painted side is going to look like crap in a few years. car and STILL the super duper coating comes off. Do you want to know why? het So I read about Hexclad. There is another brand, same steel and ceramicโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • I won't say anything
