I have to say this is probably one of the best purchases I've ever made! The price is literally unbeatable and the quality of this guillotine is amazing. It comes almost fully assembled, you just have to fold over the clamp handle. It took less than a minute, and came with instructions (as well as instruction manuals - if they're confusing they have a YouTube video on how to use them, I promise it's not difficult!). I love this cutter. It does exactly what I need. I'm tired of going to the printer to make the cut, paying them money, and then cutting unevenly or at an angle.
