I like that it's easy for me as an admin user to track time off requests from employees in one place! It would help if there was some way of showing historical data/dates so we can see trends over longer periods (weeks or months). The software itself has been very helpful when tracking employee absences across our business - however this isn't something which always needs doing daily but rather weekly depending upon how many days are worked each week by staff members throughout our organisation

The simplicity of use makes it easy for new employees onboarding as well as more experienced users. It can handle multiple departments with ease - both in terms of configuration (which allows each department to work independently) & reporting/management capabilities. Some aspects require some training which isn't intuitive but this has improved recently! There are many features that aren't used by us so we have no idea what they're capable of or how much extra cost there would be if using them…

The best feature of this software was that it worked with all our different payroll companies which saved us time in switching over from one system provider/provider service - meaning less downtime for my business! I would like more integration options as we currently cannot integrate directly into Quickbooks or Xero; however there are some limited third party integrations available if you know where &amp how look up your own solutions (which have been recommended by HR).
