The best feature of this software was that it worked with all our different payroll companies which saved us time in switching over from one system provider/provider service - meaning less downtime for my business! I would like more integration options as we currently cannot integrate directly into Quickbooks or Xero; however there are some limited third party integrations available if you know where & how look up your own solutions (which have been recommended by HR). It did not save any cash but instead added an additional cost when compared against other similar products out their at much cheaper prices- so unless budget allows spend extra money then just go elsewhere!! We were able use HFX's absence management tool seamlessly across multiple providers resulting no loss revenue due lack of knowledge about each particular product being used nor having access rights allowing seamless migration process between them once implemented.- saving costs associated with ongoing admin fees required otherwise plus increased staff training requirements.
