Description of High Sierra Laptop Backpack Charcoal

TSA friendly design: The bag unzips and lies flat for going through airport security without the hassle of removing your laptop. Large main compartments and multiple pockets allow you to keep all of your gear secure and organized. Multiple pockets including a zippered mesh pocket, pen pockets, lidded media pocket and key fob hook are perfect for keeping all of your smaller items secure. A fully padded laptop compartment accommodates most 17-inch models. A dedicated TechSpot sleeve provides an ideal space for your tablet. The suspended back panel allows air to travel between the pack and your back for cooling. The back panel design also allows for the bag to be slipped over the handle of a rolling bag for carry convenience. The grab handle is well padded for comfort. The handle is reinforced with a covered bridge cable and metal rivets for the ultimate in durability.

Disappointing Backpack for Luggage Transport

Based on our own experience, this backpack falls short in terms of quality and functionality. Although it has ample space for laptop and other essentials, the zippers tend to jam and break easily, making it a hassle to use on a daily basis. The pro of this backpack is its stylish and sleek design. However, the cons outweigh this one positive feature, making it a lackluster choice for anyone in need of a reliable and durable luggage carrier.

Terrible workmanship, belts worn out in 4 months and the replacement is no better!

Starting as a great backpack for laptop, books and other stuff. The pop up panel for the TSA worked very well and made the TSA pre-check very quick. In addition, this bag looks very good. After about 4 months I noticed abrasions on both straps where they attach to the bottom of the pack and the top of the straps. I have contacted High Sierra and they need photos of the defect, a photo of the label inside and a copy of my receipt (I think the lifetime warranty also needs a receipt). Luckily I…

Why this case? thanks to the Everki lifetime guarantee. The Titan's zipper failed after a year of weekly flying and touring around the US.
