Our "mini-lobster " (crab) is crazy about crabby cuisine

Our crabs tend to casually walk and munch on food. Sometimes she/he doesn't eat it. Once we get crab cuisine, our crabs get overactive while feeding. Sometimes he gets so excited that after climbing so high he falls on his back.

Pros
  • Excellent Overall
Cons
  • Poor

I don't know about crabs, but my snails LOVE it!

Before I got the rooster that now controls the snail population I needed extra food because there wasn't enough algae and I didn't want it to destroy my plants. I stopped using it once the population was controlled. The miracle shell is already enough to promote excellent shell growth. I sometimes give them some as a treat because they love this stuff so much. It also really helped her clams. And it pulls out detritus worms, which my betta loves to eat too.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive

Red cherry shrimp love it! The pieces are very small, but despite this they immediately sink to the bottom of the aquarium and stick together until they are eaten, even if it takes several hours so that they do not pollute the water. At 20-25 RCS I feed 3 to 4 a day so one bag goes a LONG, LONG TIME! Very good value for a very good product! (Both my fish love it too, but being used to flakes it takes them a while to eat one. Nice change of pace to slip through every once in a while.)

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Not sure

Great for shrimp and other bottom dwellers, but my fish love it too!

My shrimp and mystery snails love it, as do my bottom fish (Otos, Plecos) and even my platys and tetras will chase it. This crab food is great for providing extra calcium to invertebrates. The pellets sink immediately and decompose very slowly, allowing them to stay in the water for a long time and be found by collectors. It does not cloud the water or make a mess and will stay intact for about a day if left untouched. More than worth the money for the amount of product you get, this could…

Goldfish love them

I have a 50 gallon community aquarium and bought them to supplement the crab diet. I'm not sure what ingredient in it is making the goldfish in my tank crazy about them. They sink to the bottom, which is great, but bottom feeders can rarely eat them. I usually feed flakes and floating pellets first, hoping the goldfish will leave the crab pellets alone. Normally this doesn't work. I'm glad someone in my tank is enjoying the food, but the crabs and other bottom feeders aren't getting it. I don't

the best food! in Food

is the best invertebrate food I've found and almost anything it can get will eat them. Red cherry shrimp and other small freshwater shrimp go crazy for it. also like crabs. My only issue is that it's a bit small to feed even medium sized crabs but they love it. I want them to make a large tortilla with the same ingredients. it also stays in the water for some time. unlike shrimp pellets. I use this and seaweed waffles as staple food for shrimp and this, frozen peas and rare shrimp pellets for…

Great sinking sticks to help your bottom dwellers find food too

These sticks are awesome. First, they do exactly what they say on the box: they sink to the bottom. Because they are designed for crabs and other creatures that are not normally at the water's surface, this is a key feature that makes them accessible to crabs (recluse and other species) and other invertebrates that may be hungry (e.g. mint shrimp). ). ). If you have a feeder that you use them in, keep that in mind when placing the feeder. Otherwise, you can drop the sinking sticks directly onto

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Broken

Nina is crazy about this crab food!

Nina is a cheap reddish brown feeder shrimp we bought as a pet. We don't know what species she belongs to, how old she is, or anything else about her. But Nina is loved very much. With several types of other fish that we keep as pets (including Red Devils, Oscars and even Betta Fish) we have chosen to only feed Hikari and Omega One. We were very surprised to find that Hikari prepared food that could be fed to our little crustaceans. You sink to the bottom, it's easy to get onto it. Since Nina…
