🔥 Hiland HLI-1531 Wall Mount Electric Patio Heater: 1500W, Remote Control, Waterproof, Variable Heat Output - Gray/Silver Review

I like this infrared heater. Research infrared heaters before you buy them to understand that they don't blow out hot air like space heaters. I only gave 4 stars because AZ wasn't as accommodating as Revain when it came time to return the extra infrared heater I bought at the same time. The second heater died after 8 hours. This particular block is working well so far. I hope this lasts long. Fingers crossed this has been working for a while.

I installed one of the modules, it was easy. On the second day the lightbulb burned out. Apparently I missed the return date and am now stuck with a non-working device as I had to use a different one to even get it working. I am very disappointed in the quality of the device as it does not generate enough heat. Also, it seems you have to be within 5ft of the unit for the remote to work - useless on my screened-in porch.

That's a stupid heater. It worked maybe 12 days and burned out. about 3 hours, the rest of the time about 30 minutes daily. However. When it stopped working, one of our many electrician friends suggested that we simply replace the element and run it again. If only! The product works perfectly. My comment on the instructions. Now I know where the people who wrote stereo guides in the 1970s ended up. You work for this company. The troubleshooting section is especially fun. Also, do not use wall mounting screws. I used four 2" wood screws instead. Keep Type Approval Certificates in a warm place when not in use. What a joke. The only thing this block is good at is giving off that uncomfortable bright orange glow that makes you think you should be feeling warm. We mounted it on the wall above our patio table about five feet above the table. We didn't feel any heat from the two chairs.
