These were found when searching for "cover screw". They are intended for internal use only. If you look closely at the third photo of the box, it is written

Never buy Phillips screws again

Unlike Phillips screws which loosen so easily, these screws hold the bit and won't let go. I threw away all my Philips and will use them now. Even comes with a bit which is a plus.
