The wheels on our 3 year old Kitchenaid dishwasher (best model) didn't work because the cheap plastic tabs holding the wheels kept falling off. Then the frame could no longer be pushed back and forth. Really cheaply built. We were told at Kitchenaid and elsewhere that we would have to buy 2 sets (4 wheels) of new tongues for $28.99 per set.
