I use them in my workshop to store various tools, supplies, etc. They are excellent for this purpose and strong enough for anything I attach to them. I wish there were different shelf hook packs with different hook options as every pack I ever buy ends up with too many short and small hooks and not long enough hooks for large or multiple items. But these kits are pretty cheap so I only buy a few packs and still have money upfront compared to buying individual hooks at my local big store.

I have 1/8" and 1/4" boards, some plastic some hardboard. I don't like putting 1/8" hooks into 1/4" boards because they never fit exactly. And I've had no luck with plastic hooks, especially the "box" hooks that would be so useful if they didn't keep falling out of the holes. These accessory hooks are easy to install and while a little light they are great for what I use them for. I use them in my reload/gunsmith room to keep my tools and parts neatly organized and out of the way. It also allows me to grab what I need pretty quickly instead of rummaging through drawers or toolboxes to find what I need.
