HILTI Dispenser Insulating Sealant CF DS 1 Review

When I tried this product, I was impressed by its efficiency and effectiveness. This industrial and scientific tool made my work much easier and faster. The dispenser is easy to handle and delivers a consistent flow of sealant. The product was a little pricier than other dispensers, but the quality and durability make up for it. I highly recommend this dispenser for anyone in the adhesive industry.

I really like this gun. This gives you great control over your lather and let's face it, it's stylish. If you leave the glass attached, it should last a long time. I killed my first one and left it unused for a long time. I couldn't push the cleaner through and wrecked it trying to take it apart. When it was too late, I realized that all I had to do was push on the little ball valve that the can is attached to to pry it out. The rest of the pistol inside was immaculate. Que Sera.

I carry a filled canister with me...even though it hasn't gotten any cleaner yet. Rotate the rear handle to open it fully, turn off the fuse, and foam will come out every time. I've used both Hilti and other foams with this gun with no problems. After applying the foam, turn the rear black knob until it stops spinning (closed), engage the safety lock, and store upright. I've never had a problem and save a lot of money on foam compared to the individual cans you can buy where they always fail…
