🧂 Himalayan Chef Large Himalayan Pink Salt & Black Pepper Grinder Set, Pack of 2 Review

One of the windmills arrived broken which by other reviews seems to be an alarmingly common occurrence. The glass also shattered into small pieces so I had to throw away all the peppercorns as well. As for the grinder, the security seal didn't look like it would "lock in freshness" and the salt seems like a mix. Himalayan pink salt and regular table salt. However, the grind function works pretty well!

Unfortunately the glass in the salt shaker was broken on the first delivery but I received a new one almost immediately and the packaging has been improved a lot - excellent customer service. They are much larger than traditional salt and pepper grinders. They are durable and sand well and seem to hold up well in the summer heat. I love that they have a modern, sleek look and look great on my kitchen counter.

I was very happy to receive this item in the post but unfortunately it arrived broken and there was a huge mess wherever it was opened. Probably needs better packaging as it arrived only in bubble wrap and with a lot of empty space next to it in the Revain box. The container for two is actually glass, so it's broken, but it feels heavy and odd. In the meantime I'm placing another order to try as the texture of the peppercorns and Himalayan salt was of incredible quality and smelled great!

Solid construction of these glass salt and pepper grinders, they look great, both are very strong and comfortable to use, very smooth and easy to adjust between coarse and fine grinding. The peppercorns have a fresh, zesty taste, a really nice improvement over the standard ground pepper in my previous shaker. When I received this item the glass was completely broken although the packaging was intact. I tried contacting customer service to get a replacement and it sent me on a sneaky mission that I've yet to solve. On the other hand, the size of the product is larger than I expected, so it was great. Out of curiosity I tried some unbroken ones and I thought it was pretty good! I was a bit disappointed when I received a broken box with glass all over the box. But the second time around it was wrapped in bubble wrap and finally the salt and pepper started! The big one is pretty big in my opinion, and I'm not sure I can eat that much pepper and salt before the expiration date.
