We have a medium size for our little kitten and 2 adult cats to carry and fix individually. They're not exactly fans, but it doesn't bother them as much as tough careers. It's very well made and not as flimsy as you might think, it keeps its shape thanks to the metal rods inside. It has a top opening and a normal zip opening on the front. All of our cats are miniature cats and weigh no more than 10 pounds, but I highly doubt it. Definitely recommend and it's perfect for any trip you might take!

I have a 25 lb cat that is a bit wild and is easy to get in and out of. The doctor gives him injections, just unzips and gives an injection without even breaking it. It is well made and folds flat for easy storage. The strap is good and does not fold while in it. I love this purchase. I put it back in the bag it came in to keep in the garage. The hard bottom is removable so I put it on the floor and ran the vacuum over it and next time it was that clean again. Excellent purchase!

I was traveling on Air Canada and it barely fit under the seat with my 6 month old Jack Russell Terrier. I had to slide it to fit under the seat. Although my pup looks comfortable, this is his third time flying, so he knows the rules. Unfortunately when we got home I found the wire frame supporting the top opening of the carrier where the velcro straps protrude through the hole so they both stick out and the canvas supporting them is completely torn. Update: buy larger. A year later my cat doesn't fit in the middle room anymore, it's gotten a lot bigger than I thought it would be and now I have to buy a new carrier. Wearing is still very good, it's just safer to buy a bigger one. Very sturdy, my cat is large but weighs 9 pounds and fits perfectly in the sit and lie environment.
