I bought them when we were doing pho at home. It may not have happened yet, but they work like a charm for miso and ramen! I even used one with Campbell's Vegetable Soup the other day and I'm convinced it works better for soups than a regular spoon! Dishwasher. We are big fans of these spoons!

Works well with all large soup bowls. I suspect people buying these are making/eating a lot of ramen, pho, and other popular Asian soups that have been making waves in American communities lately. Vietnamese Restaurant I use spoons like this a lot so thought I'd take these, the product doesn't disappoint for the price, no more tossing a spoon in your soup bowl after you've eaten your meat/noodles!

Other Asian soup spoons have disappointed me as I found them fragile and not deep enough. These Hiware spoons are more durable and deeper than other Asian spoons. As a bonus, they have a hook that you can use to hook them to the side of the bowl. There's nothing worse than having a spoon slip out of the bowl into the hot pho and then have to get it out again. These hooks completely solve this problem. Spoons are cheap too. Another bonus!

I am very satisfied with the product. Very strong hard plastic, works as advertised and is comfortable in many ways. Ideal for any type of liquid. We have used them in soups and also given liquid medicine to the baby when sick without spilling a drop. I've tried getting my son to use this to eat peas without spilling them but definitely not as successful as using them for liquids. Easy to clean and apply or securely fasten in any bowl we have. Very good.

We've seen this type of spoon in Japanese and Vietnamese noodle shops many times, although they are usually red/black. One day we thought - why not take them for home use?
