Best DPN! on Knitting & Crochet

Best DPN! These double knitting needles have the best possible point, making them ideal for knitting socks, lace, gloves or anything else with lost detail. I have some of the other companies but I mostly choose them for knitting. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a DPN with good sharp tips at a great price.</p>

It's ACUTE. I LOVE HER!

I knit 4 pairs of socks with "regular" DPN. I had mistakes I made myself like dropping loops and snapping the yarn. These needles solved my problems. The points open stitches MUCH easier than my other needles. I knit faster because they go in and out of the loop much easier and more accurately. I adjusted my technique to not press the tip against my index finger when removing a new stitch. (The first few rows got me thinking about the thimble), but a small change from push/pull to click made…

The needle is sharp!

I've been looking for sharp points for thin yarn and here it is, especially when using complex stitch patterns that require a lot of maneuvers. But it turns out I was using my left index finger to push the right needle out, so I got painful stitches. Fixed an issue with wearing Clover's leather thimble on the left index finger, which isn't perfect, but it works! I wish they were a little less spicy.

Extremely sharp!

I knit socks. I used Knitters' Pride DPN for the first pair and they worked great! The yarn was gray and the DPN was burgundy. When I started knitting the second pair of socks I used burgundy yarn. Burgundy yarn and burgundy knitting needles failed. I could barely see the stitching. I ordered Hiya Hiya Sharp's DPN and just received it. As much as I love the sharpness of Knitters' Pride, I loved the fact that the stitches moved faster with the Hiya Hiya Sharps and they were just as sharp. I am…

Nice and clear for complex projects

I've just started using these new dpns, they are definitely very clear compared to other brands. Usually all my other needles are 7 inches long, that's 6 inches, but they're just long enough for the socks I knit. I bought these because the pattern I'm knitting is heavy and the sharp needle points make it easy to knit intricate sections. Would definitely consider buying more. Update 4 Aug 15. They work so well for me that I bought two more sets of my most common sizes for knitting socks. I've…
