This is a great product. Compared to branded titanium foil, this foil is heavier and thicker and if you hold both up to the light you will see the light through the branded foil but not through this foil as it is more tightly woven. Some say it might contain fiberglass, I don't know. but I know it's the same stuff. This is my second order and a 50ft roll. I will buy more if needed

Really good product,1. Soak them in water for at least one hour first, and then wrap them.2. WEAR GLOVES! and it is best to first remove the tubes and fasten them in a vise. 3. The clamps that come with the kit work fine too, but I would take a drift and smack them to keep them in place. 4. After winding, CAREFULLY assemble the pipes and let them warm up well.5. Wet the pipes with a spray gun, and then reheat them. Once you reheat them, they harden like plaster of paris! All in all a super good

All right. I've used a lot of branded items and had a small project that wasn't critical so I bought this to save some money. I found that even when wet and with a helper trying to make even the slightest bend, it bunched up. I usually work alone when using thermal foil. but I had to enlist the help of my teenage son to have a chance of making a presentable installation. Problem with larger and rougher exhausts. but for a neat install on the little things it's terrible. hey Suspenders work well

Used almost 75 feet to wrap a 4 cylinder motorcycle exhaust from the primary filters back to the muffler. This stuff works surprisingly well! After an aggressive 20 minute session, the wrap was cool enough to the touch! 1" away from the foil it was so hot that I burned myself a bit. Wear gloves when applying, they are very irritating to the skin. If you don't have a special clamping tool, you can use needle nose pliers and pry off the clamp. I highly recommend using it on any manifolds you install. Not to mention it's a third of the price you'll find at AutoZone or O'Reilly's. I feel like this really is the best quality. At O'Reilly's, this stuff costs over $60 a roll. This is a fiberglass sheet, I would be surprised if there was titanium in the material itself, I think the color represents everything there is. The exhaust finisher is close to the original. The original has a weave pattern that runs diagonally across the cover sheet, while this is at a 90 degree angle to the edge. However, for what I used it for, it worked pretty well. It's very dry and hot here in southern New Mexico. Maintaining the temperature under the hood goes a long way in keeping the plastic clips and connectors in our engines alive for longer periods of time.
