Hobart 261157 0 030 0 035 V Grove Battery Review

Worked great on my arm 120. Old unit that didn't have a grooved roller. The feed of my cored wire has improved significantly.

Fits Hobart 140 as expected. The roller supplied with the machine only works with .030 and .035. Need a roll at .024. Exchanged very quickly. Used for welding thin metal exhaust pipes.

Bought to replace my arm 140. I usually use .030 or .035 wire but it's nice to be able to use .24 without changing the drive pulley. The item is well made, just like the original.

Fits my Hobart Handler 140 I can use .024-.035 wire without removing the spool. Just line it up with the wire size I'm going to use. I would buy it again if I ever need a new one. The only problem I had was that the package was already open. Overall a good product.

My Hobart 210 MVP will not run on .024 wire with this drive pulley. The drive roller kept slipping because the shaft wouldn't stay in the groove, which seemed flat to me. It may have been a bad block but I bought a special .024 capstan and had no problems with this item.

The drive pulley that came with my 210MVP only has slots for .030/035 wire so I emailed Hobart and asked which ones was ordered so I could work with .024 your recommendation I ordered 261157. It was very easy to replace, well made, fits and works well without even over tightening the tension knob.
