I received a defective item, had to buy another one from Home Depot, it leaked everywhere

I bought this in August and had some delays with my bathroom renovation and just installed it today and it's everywhere leaky. I want a refund, windows closed, but this item must be defective and I shouldn't be stuck with it. Please contact me as soon as possible lindamoreno30@yahoo or fredmorenojr@yahoo.com

Looks nice and modern BUT...

As other reviewers have noted, it looks great once installed but has one major design flaw. If you turn it on low and then turn it off again, the water will keep running down the faucet and drenching your countertop. The only way around this is full flow and a quick turn of the knobs to shut off the water. If it wasn't a problem I would give 6 stars for the looks.

Beautiful, but this faucet has a clear design flaw

Love the look. However, there is clearly a design flaw here. If you try to turn it off, water will continue to drip from the spout and flood the meter. I've tried adjusting the hot/cold water pressure, sometimes this change works and sometimes it doesn't. My wife and I decided to replace it with another model. Shame as they look great in our bathroom. We could lose about $500 (two faucets with installation fees). Sad!
