The magnet pictured in the order was much larger, the small magnet on the one I received is not strong enough to hold the welding torch

Had to replace the magnet with a larger one I had in the garage. Upgraded my TIG torch to a Pyrex cup and didn't want it to snap from a small magnet.

Much smaller than pictured. The magnet is small and weak. Even if you replace the magnet, the small slots and height will make it almost impossible to use. My wig torch only fits in one place and my mig torch isn't good. In addition, it is too small for wiring.

This is approximately 80% of the required scale. The only hole that fits my flashlight, the flashlight has to be put in the slot and the magnet is ridiculously small. About a quarter tall. I'm going to enlarge the hole and replace the magnet with something that actually sticks as it takes less time than putting that back in place. The last photo is "modified" after enlarging the hole and attaching the stereo speaker magnet. .
