    Works as it should

    Received this evening and installed it on my 1980 John Deere 111. About 10 seconds of scrolling and it started working right away! The only problem is that it doesn't mount in the same holes as the original fuel pump, but that doesn't really matter to me.

    Good Price - Parts

    A simple pump installation brought a 40 year old lawn tractor back to life. It worked just as well as it did the day it rolled off the assembly line. Much better value than going to a Deere or Briggs dealer to buy a pump.

    Fits like an old pump.

    I used this pump on my Snapper SUV mainly because it had this type of metal fuel pump as OE. The pump fits in the same mounting holes as the old one. So far it works perfectly as it should. Thanks and Regards.

    Solid feeling. Well done.

    Looks much more solid and better built than the ones I took off my John Deere 111. Doesn't really fit this model. But it worked with a little modification. Unfortunately. The problem turned out to be a clogged vent hole in the gas cap. No pump. I still don't regret the purchase. Well done. Good value for money.

    According to John Deere but perfect for my 1988 DS club car

    Exact replacement for my 1988 DS club car. This calculation says it fits, points up, so was useless. I had to buy the right one. No refunds offered and cart must be collected en route. Now I have a spare part that is wrong

    Didn't help - was there some kind of oil?

    I bought this for a 20 year old John Deere GT275 tractor with a 17hp FC540V engine. Kawasaki. The first thing I noticed when it arrived was that the port that gets the intake from the crankcase to get the pump working was at right angles to the pump, but my old one was at a different angle. So I had to bend a bracket on the engine to make this hose connection. When I removed the two rubber plugs from the ends, some oil or liquid leaked out of the new pump.
