The boxes we received were of a different brand and were clearly open and poorly taped having lived in the bed of a pickup truck since the 80's had.

I got them for Christmas decorations but I've also used them camping. When I opened the box and put it in, all the bulbs were fine. Survived a downpour while camping - hanged himself under the dining awning - with no ill effects.

Headlights only worked on one section. I've read the troubleshooting instructions and replaced the fuse, but still nothing. I requested a refund which I received. Now that I've got the bad part, why not do a full troubleshooting. I disconnected the wiring and noticed that the power cord goes around half of the lamps wrapped around the second half. There's my problem. So I remounted it and now it works, but you still don't have to go that far for these lights.

After discovering that I had burned out a few filaments of the Target lights, I bought them. Yes, they are cheap, made in China, blah blah blah. But so far they've lasted two years in a row. I don't need fancy LEDs with flashing functions. Just a few simple tree lights for a few weeks a year.

I bought these bulbs with no experience buying Christmas lights as an adult. They just plug in to turn on, no switch, and they don't fade or flicker. I'm just trying to figure out how to get them to run like my other lights with a timer. The strand is very long and has not yet knotted. There were extra bulbs in the box.

My husband hung them along the railing on the back deck and they look great. We live by a lake and you can see them from the other side of the lake and they are really beautiful. The lamps are pretty close to the cord so they provide a lot of color. Supposedly, when one bulb goes out, the others keep glowing. We haven't had this yet, but we're hoping it works.
