💪 Holley Regulator Diaphragm Repair Kit: Enhancing Performance and Extending Lifespan Review

Perfect fit for my fuel pressure regulator, unfortunately I didn't know the model number because there are no numbers on mine to help others.

Just what I needed for my old Holley regulator. The electric pump burned out 3 membranes from the old regulator. Ordered this recovery kit and it's tight. Rubber wears out over time, and that's exactly what it takes to keep things going.

Problem fixed spot right I find it expensive considering the new regulator is only $30 so this part is 30% the cost of the Holly regulator $3 not $10 especially when You need a new one every 5 years. Bypass next time, buy a new controller, save yourself the messy gas salad and settings

This is the second time in 11 years that I have had to replace the diaphragm on this regulator due to gas these days. Over time it becomes hard and stiff and no longer controls the pressure. This is easy to fix and much cheaper than a new regulator.

We have three Holley regulators in use. We found that the E10 fuel pump fouled the regulators if they were allowed to stay in between racing seasons and we had to disassemble and clean them. On cleaning we found the membrane was weak and coming off, so we now replace it every year. Ethanol attacks the diaphragms of some mechanical fuel pumps and we thought Holley regulators would work with alcohol/methanol. But we don't blame Holly. We blame the caustic, shitty gas.
