🔧 Holley Fuel Pump Rotor & Vane Replacement Kit Review

I have an old pump on the shelf and decided to use it but it froze. Disassembled, fitted repair kit and now it works like new!

Replaced rotor, vanes and bottom seal in an old Holley Blue fuel pump that was leaking. Fits perfectly and works well. A bit pricey considering the materials but worth it to stop the leak!

Worked great to rejuvenate my holly pump which has been sitting for a long time and has probably only done 50 miles. All I needed was a gasket. My old pump had brand new vanes and the rotor would not peel off the paint. I saw Holly selling a separate regulator rejuvenation kit. Everything should be in a set, not individually.

My old Holley Red pump has probably done 20,000 miles, not much but obviously enough to make a big difference in fuel economy. Running it dry a few times (just for 30 seconds) may have been a factor. I measured the fuel flow from my pump with a stop watch, it was about half of what it should be. I installed this kit and the fuel flow is back where it should be. Much cheaper than buying a new pump and I expect it to last a few more years (although the motor should eventually fail).
